On your child's first day you will need to bring:
Ella Cote is the Day Care Director. She brings a wealth of experience and education to her position. 'Miss Ella', as she is called by the children, has an Associates of Science in Early Childhood Education from Central Maine Technical College. Gloria Levenseller is the Administrator, responsible for the business end of our day care, such as record keeping and billing. All of our staff are CPR certified. All staff has passed two extensive background checks prior to employment, and continue their education by taking courses locally as they are available.
We believe in using redirection, and/or positive reinforcement as a tool in teaching children self-control. When these fail, a behavior sheet will be filled out by the staff and the parent will be notified at the time of pick-up to discuss strategies for better behavior.
Weekly payments are due on Friday. Bi-weekly payments are also accepted upon approval.
What does "Christian based" mean?
Harvest Hills Day Care is a ministry of Harvest Hills Church. We believe that everything we do should reflect the utmost expectation of Christian conduct and character such as was modeled in Jesus Christ and taught in the Holy Bible.
