Financial Agreement

Welcome to Harvest Hills Daycare. We are glad you have chosen our facility to meet your child care needs.  Because there is a cost in providing superior child care, certain policies have been designed in order to serve your family without interruption.  Please read the following carefully.


Payments

Child Positions

Because of the staffing and overhead in providing childcare services to you and the limited amount of slots that we have to offer in compliance with our state license, below you will see a commitment that we will need from you.  Please read through it carefully and choose which one best meets your needs so that we may keep your child care costs to a minimum.

  1. Full time position:If your child will be attending daycare for more than 20 hours per week.
  2. Part time position: If your child will be attending daycare for  20 hours hrs. or less per week.
  3. Children may not be left longer than nine hours per day.
  4. Change in positions: If you would like to change your slot from full to part-time, a two week notice is required in writing. Until the Administrator, Gloria Levenseller, is notified, the full time price will be charged.  Changes in slots must be approved by the administrative staff.

Two Week Notice

A two week notice is required when child care is no longer needed.  You will be responsible for any payments until written notice is received.

Time Slot Agreement

Upon acceptance into the day care, it is an expectation that a regular drop off and pick up time will be contractually agreed upon prior to the start date.
